We offer a varity of construction services;
We offer inspections for those that choose to build themselves but need that little extra support when it comes to checking their trades work for compliance with contracts, scope of work and specifications. Or you have contracted a builder and are unsure of what they are doing is correct. We will complete an inspection, review your documents and provide you with a written report as to condition, compliance with the contract and what should be industry standards.
Contract documents are extremely important for any project from building a fence to the construction of a house. One page contracts work for small short term projects how ever adding an additional scope of work protects all concern, contractor and owner. Review a sample Scope of Work. AWH Consulting will work with you and set up a complete set of contract documents that will protect you and spell out how, where, when and to what standards your work needs to be completed to.
Have your own design but need someone to draw up your working drawings. Your municipality is requiring you to supply as-built drawings. AWH Consulting can draw your plans for you. Don’t have that design we have some stock plans to select from or we can design your dream home to fit on that odd shaped lot. AWH Consulting will design your commercial building too.
Our designs services range from a 1200 sq. ft. two story to a 5,500 sq. ft. custom home. Basic homes that fit on any city lot to custom homes designed for a specific lot shape and contours. We work with you to design your dream home. AWH is not just residential design company, we will also design commercial wood frame structure and commercial interiors.
AWH Consulting also builds many of the homes we design.
With our building services we offer two programs;
Project Management Builder

Warranty Builder
In the Project Management Builder program we can save you 10-20% on the construction of your house. In this program you pay all construction costs plus a fix and variable builder fee.
In the Warranty Builder program we offer the complete construction services including full warranty backed up by National Home Warranty.
